Our rooms are available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 6 p.m., we ask for short notification. Upon departure, the rooms should be empty by 11 am. Early Check-In* or Late Check-Out* is possible on request.

• Culinary: Depending on the offer, the room rate includes breakfast or Oberforsthof culinary (breakfast, snack & cake in the afternoon, 5-course dinner). Children enjoy their favorite dishes from the buffet as part of the Oberforsthof Culinary Experience, as well as free drinks from the juice bar until 9 p.m. in the summer.
• Weekly program: In every season we offer almost daily guided group activities, which are included for our guests. You can find the program in our experience cloud.
• Spa & Wellness: access to the Pure Alp Spa including garden and adults only sauna is free of charge. You will find a packed spa bag with bathrobe and slippers in your room upon arrival.
• Good to know for children: the children’s program including childcare is free of charge. You can also register your kids for lunch, for which there is a charge of €8 per meal. The juice bar is free of charge during the summer months until 9 p.m.
• Baby equipment: crib, changing mat, diaper pail, high chair for the restaurant, buggy, back carrier and child seats we have on site and can be borrowed free of charge. In addition, you will find a fully equipped baby kitchen with all the trimmings on the 1st floor.

• In summer: daily rates free of charge up to 31 days before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total price. Package deals (high season) free of charge up to 14 days before arrival – thereafter 100% of the total price. Package deals (low season) free of charge up to 7 days before arrival – thereafter 100% of the total price.

In order to make your vacation binding, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total price. We will send you the deposit amount and all necessary details in the reservation confirmation.

There is a marked parking space with e-charging station in the underground parking lot. For one charge we calculate €30.

If it is possible for us, we can consider individual wishes, but we cannot promise it.

Dogs are very welcome with us. We charge €25 per day without food. Out of consideration for other hotel guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and wellness area.

In our kids club children from 3 years and teenagers up to 16 years are welcome 7 days a week in the main season from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and in the off season from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For an extra charge, children can also have lunch together. The juice bar is free during the summer months for all children & teens up to 16 years until 9 p.m.
